Konstantinos Roskas

Paralegal

Konstantinos is a Paralegal at Winter & Co. He assists the team of lawyers with the drafting of legal documentation, liaising with witnesses and experts, and conducting legal and factual research. After his call to the Bar, Konstantinos worked as a County Court Advocate for three years, representing local authorities, banks, as well as private and corporate clients in matters ranging from PPI insurance, road traffic accidents and credit hire, small claim debts, property possessions, mortgages and dispute resolution hearings.

Konstantinos has previously completed a marshalling experience with His Honour Judge Calver (KC) in the commercial division of the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice, working on a complex commercial case, whilst he also marshalled with His Honour Judge Johnson (KC) on a separate occasion. Before joining us, Konstantinos has also pursued an internship in shipping finance with TLT in Piraeus, working in the team of Jeremy Watson and Stelios Andriotis.

Konstantinos is a native speaker of Greek and Romanian with working knowledge of French.

On weekends, Konstantinos takes the role of the Byzantine chanter at his parish church in Kentish Town, and also enjoys exploring the English countryside with his family.
